BBM88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and BBM88 (hereinafter referred to as "BBM88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the BBM88 online gaming platform, accessible at https://bbm88.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of BBM88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the BBM88 platform, through which the User accesses games, places bets, deposits funds, and requests withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional funds, free bets, or other non-cashable or conditionally cashable credits applied to a Player's Account pursuant to a BBM88 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by BBM88 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the native transaction currency of the BBM88 platform.
• "Platform" means the BBM88 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated technology infrastructure through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the payment channels approved by BBM88 for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the BBM88 platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on BBM88, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of account activity:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. BBM88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. BBM88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement is not met.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You may maintain only one registered account on BBM88. Registration of multiple accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of a third party, is strictly prohibited.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, either placed voluntarily through BBM88's responsible gambling tools or imposed by BBM88 due to breach of these Terms.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a director, employee, agent, affiliate, or consultant of BBM88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing BBM88 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining your local legal obligations.

When registering an account on BBM88, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BBM88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify BBM88 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Account Name: The name on your BBM88 account must match the name on the payment method(s) you use for deposits and withdrawals. Transfers to or from third-party payment sources are not permitted. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the integrity of the payment process.

KYC Verification: BBM88 reserves the right to request identity documents at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. BBM88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee as specified in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

BBM88 accepts deposits via the following Supported Payment Methods available to Malaysian players:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow — typically credited within seconds to a few minutes, subject to Bank Negara Malaysia's real-time payment infrastructure.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange): Supported by all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank — typically credited within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect — credited within 5–15 minutes subject to individual bank processing times.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). BBM88 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside BBM88's control and are the Player's responsibility.

Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Failed Transactions: If a deposit does not appear in your account within the indicated timeframe, please contact BBM88 support with your transaction reference number. BBM88 will investigate and resolve legitimate deposit queries within 24 hours.

BBM88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times by payment channel are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for verified accounts within standard transaction limits — processed automatically 24/7.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes subject to bank processing cycles.
• Direct Bank Wire: 15–60 minutes; may be subject to manual review for higher-value transactions.

Conditions for Withdrawal: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the BBM88 account. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is approved. BBM88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold may be declined.

Bonus Wagering: Where a player holds an active Bonus Credit balance, withdrawal of the bonus amount and associated winnings is contingent upon satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement. Real-money balance withdrawal is not affected by outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

Withdrawal Delays: BBM88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where fraud prevention procedures, enhanced KYC requirements, or regulatory obligations necessitate additional review. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it.

BBM88 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the point of the promotion:

1. Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only, as defined by the specific promotion terms. BBM88 reserves the right to exclude accounts from specific promotions at its sole discretion.
2. All Bonus Credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms (e.g., "20x wagering requirement on bonus amount").
3. Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
4. Bonus Credits and associated winnings that have not been used or claimed within the promotional validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
5. Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
6. BBM88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that changes will not be applied retroactively to active promotional balances.
7. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. BBM88 reserves the right to limit or refuse bonus eligibility to accounts that display patterns consistent with bonus abuse.

Game Availability: BBM88 offers a library of over 3,500 games including slots, live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), sports betting, live football markets, lottery, fishing games, and arcade-style instant games. Game availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on BBM88 — including those covering the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, AFC Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and other events — are subject to the specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement. BBM88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of human error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds being published.

Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets are offered in real time during active events. BBM88 cannot guarantee the availability of live markets for all events. Live bets accepted prior to a material event (e.g., a goal, red card, or player injury that has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the platform odds) may be voided at BBM88's discretion.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, all bets placed during the affected session will be voided and stakes returned to players. BBM88 does not honour outcomes generated by demonstrably faulty game states.

Maximum Bet Limits: Maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at BBM88's discretion without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BBM88. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the BBM88 platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or conduct chip-dumping activities in poker or live casino games.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to exploiting game display errors or incorrectly published odds.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, or deliberate misrepresentation of identity.
• Money laundering or use of the BBM88 platform to conceal, transfer, or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing BBM88 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other geo-circumvention technology.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal information.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with recreational play, as determined by BBM88 at its sole discretion.

BBM88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-in-session alerts to be notified of elapsed gaming time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gaming or betting purposes.

All content on the BBM88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, and visual design — is the intellectual property of BBM88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the BBM88 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or exploited in any manner without the express prior written permission of BBM88. Use of the BBM88 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

Game content, including titles, artwork, and mechanics, is the proprietary property of the respective game studios and is licenced to BBM88 for distribution on the platform. Players may not copy, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBM88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or related to your use of the BBM88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of legitimate gameplay outcomes.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseeable technical events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and DuitNow.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any financial or legal consequences arising from the Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

BBM88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by Player: You may close your BBM88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your most recently used Supported Payment Method within 5 business days.

Termination by BBM88: BBM88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected on the account.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Account registered by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by BBM88 due to breach of these Terms, BBM88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money deposits and bonus credits. BBM88 will use reasonable endeavours to communicate the reason for any account closure to the affected player.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BBM88 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, BBM88 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with BBM88 support, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism provided by BBM88's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available upon request from BBM88 support.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

BBM88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, BBM88 will provide notice to affected players through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed upon login, an announcement on the platform homepage, or direct communication to the email address registered to your account.

Continued access to or use of the BBM88 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
